Halley’s Number Stories

Halley is preparing for a journey into space and needs your help gathering all the necessary supplies. As Halley reads off her list of items to bring, she needs you to add up how many of each item she’s bringing before she blasts off.

Halley’s Number Stories helps 2nd grade students practice one-step word problems. As they help Halley, they’ll have a chance to use their addition and critical-thinking skills and practice their ability to solve math problems visually and with numbers.

Starry Night Word Path

Ben and his robot Galileo are trying to find their way to the planetarium. Keep them moving on the right path by picking the correct words that rhyme with each other. Each correct answer moves Ben and Galileo closer to the planetarium.
