What is the Education Freedom Accounts Program of Arkansas?
Arkansas’ EFA program grants families up to $6,864 per student per year (with some tiered increases up to $7,627) to personalize education—whether it’s private school tuition, homeschooling resources, therapies, or extracurriculars.
Starting with universal eligibility for K–12 students by the 2025–26 school year, the program empowers parents to use public education funds in ways that best fit their child’s learning needs. Families can use Arkansas ESA funds to bring ABCmouse, Adventure Academy, and ReadingIQ into their homeschool or as a supplement to classroom learning.
