Heel:

Definition: When a dog heels, it follows you and stays next to your feet all the time.

Sentence: Herbie found a hungry hound. He taught him how to heel.

Hefty:

Definition: Something hefty is larger than usual.

Sentence: They hurried home and Herbie fed his hound a hefty meal.

Herd:

Definition: A herd is a group of animals, especially large animals, of the same kind that live together.

Sentence: Half a herd of happy hippos hung out in a huddle.

Hike:

Definition: When people hike, they take a long walk for fun or to get exercise.

Sentence: Up a hard hill, Holly hiked, the highest one in town.

Hilarious:

Definition: When something is hilarious, it is a lot of fun and makes you laugh.

Sentence: They had a most hilarious time hip-hopping in a puddle.

Hound:

Definition: A hound is a type of dog that has a very good sense of smell. A hound can help people to hunt other animals.

Sentence: Herbie found a hungry hound. He taught him how to heel.

Huddle:

Definition: A huddle is a group of people, animals, or things that are close together.
