Customer Support Representative
We are seeking a full time, in-house customer support representative to start immediately.

Shifts Available:
Monday-Friday 12:00pm-9:00pm
Wednesday-Sunday 12:00pm-9:00pm
Monday-Friday 6:00am-3:00pm
Monday-Friday 9:30am-6:30pm
Wednesday-Sunday 8:00am-5:00pm
Qualifications:
  • At least three years of experience in a Customer Support field
  • Must be dedicated to working hard, taking on new responsibilities and be proactive in upcoming projects as well as ensuring work for the day has been completed
  • Attention to detail an absolute must
  • Must be comfortable with reporting to co-workers, managers and management
  • Positive "can do" attitude
  • Should have own transportation and valid driver's license, and be available to work occasional overtime
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Duties would include:
  • Able to answer a high volume of emails, phone calls, and live chats
  • Maintenance of electronic files

Director, Customer Service
We are seeking a Director of Customer Service to oversee our in-house customer service department.

This person will work directly with the senior management team to create and implement policies and procedures that affect the customer service department. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading successful customer service teams, an understanding of the strategic importance of customer satisfaction, and experience in operational planning and execution.
Qualifications:
  • Sense of accountability and follow-through
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Eye for detail and commitment to excellence
  • Sense of humor required
  • 5-10 years of leadership experience in a relevant role
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Expert-level knowledge of phone, email, and live chat systems
  • Strong knowledge of Word, Excel and Powerpoint or equivalent
Duties would include:
  • Align customer service policies and systems to match the company’s objectives
  • Develop short- and long-term solutions for improving the quality of customer interactions
  • Find ways to motivate and incentivize the team
  • Coordinate with other departments to address customers’ issues
  • Create and maintain reports of team progress
  • Surface and suggest solutions for problems
  • Build strategy for the department to accommodate growth and expansion
