Customer Support Representative
We are seeking a full time, in-house customer support representative to start immediately.

Shifts Available:
Monday-Friday 6:00am-3:00pm
Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Monday-Friday 9:30am-6:30pm
Monday-Friday 12:00pm-9:00pm
Qualifications:
  • At least one year of experience in a Customer Support field
  • Must be dedicated to working hard, taking on new responsibilities and be proactive in upcoming projects as well as ensuring work for the day has been completed
  • Attention to detail an absolute must
  • Must be comfortable with reporting to co-workers, managers and management
  • Positive "can do" attitude
  • Should have own transportation and valid driver's license, and be available to work occasional overtime
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Duties would include:
  • Able to answer a high volume of emails, phone calls, and live chats
  • Maintenance of electronic files
