- At least one year of experience in a Customer Support field
- Must be dedicated to working hard, taking on new responsibilities and be proactive in upcoming projects as well as ensuring work for the day has been completed
- Attention to detail an absolute must
- Must be comfortable with reporting to co-workers, managers and management
- Positive "can do" attitude
- Should have own transportation and valid driver's license, and be available to work occasional overtime
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to answer a high volume of emails, phone calls, and live chats
- Maintenance of electronic files
