ABCmouse.com is not supported by any advertising. We are a 100% child-safe environment, so children are not ever exposed to any content that may not be appropriate, and there are no links for children to click on that may take them to other sites on the Internet.

Our small monthly fee allows us to maintain our website and be able to continue to produce new content and features that are added to the site weekly. We have done our best to make our site as affordable as possible for all families, which is why we allow parents to add up to three children for one low monthly price of only $7.95.

How do I cancel my account?

If you are an existing ABCmouse.com subscriber and would like to cancel your account, you can do so at any time from the My Account area of the site from within the Parents Section. Simply click on the Cancellation Policy link at the bottom of the page, and follow the few quick steps.

My credit card was declined

If you attempted to subscribe to our site and received a message that your credit card was declined, please note that your bank places a temporary authorization of $1 on the credit card, and the card must have sufficient funds in order to be processed. What is a CVV?

The CVV code is a 3 digit code embossed or imprinted on the back of Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards, and a 4 digit code on the front of American Express cards. It is an extra security measure used to validate online shoppers.
