Welcome to ABCmouse.com Bring Learning Home!

You can now check out an ABCmouse account from your local library to use at home with your child. ABCmouse is the #1 learning app for children ages 2–8+, with more than 8,500 activities that teach reading, math, science, health, social studies, art, and music. ABCmouse makes learning fun and exciting, and it teaches children through books, games, songs, puzzles, videos, and more!

Tips and Resources for Families

Welcome, families! We’re here to make it easy for you to get started and help your children have fun while learning. Just follow these simple steps.

Learn more about the ABCmouse curriculum, activities, and features by watching this short video.
Step 2
What Is ABCmouse Video
See if an ABCmouse account is available for check out by clicking the check out account button and filling in your information, including name, email address, and library card number. If you don't have an email address, use your phone number followed by "@ABCmouse.com"
Step 3
If an account is available, you can set up your family’s account by entering your email address and a password. You will then see a welcome page. If an account is not available, you will see a page inviting you to join the waiting list.
Step 4
Once you've created your family's account, you can continue through the registration path. Create your Parent Profile and Child Profile by adding basic information and choosing an Avatar. You can have up to three children on your family’s account, and each child will have his or her own Child Profile.
Step 5
Then take an Assessment with your child to see what he or she already knows or needs to work on to do better in school! Based on the results, you can assign lessons that address those areas of improvement.
Step 6
Playing on ABCmouse With Your Child Video
Play on ABCmouse with your child! Download and print the Activities Recognition Chart to encourage your child to complete at least 15 activities a week by rewarding them!
Step 7
Before your checkout time is over, please help your children take their Assessments again to see how much they have learned on ABCmouse! If you have feedback to share, please take this brief survey. We'd love to hear from you!

Welcome, librarians! Your patrons can now check out ABCmouse accounts from your library to use at home.

All libraries that participate in ABCmouse Bring Learning Home will receive a Welcome Kit in the mail. If you’d like to print or download additional resources, you can do so here.

  • Be sure to display the items found in your Welcome Kit around the library to raise awareness.
  • You can also create your own customized flyers by downloading our editable template here.
